Online Mat Pilates Class
Join me on the mat for a 45 minute Mat Pilates class.
You'll recieve an invite via Zoom at least 24 hours before the session via email.
There is no pressure to have your camera on, though of course it would be helpful to see your form and offer further guidance!
This is a signature level class, offering mostly essential level exercises, with options to modify to level up or down.
No equipment is required other than your body and a mat or carpet!
